Where an incorrect item is delivered to you, or where the item arrives damaged or
defected upon delivery, the item must be returned to us within 30 Days of delivery.
We will either replace the item, create a credit note, or refund you.
In instances where we are unable to provide you with a replacement product due to
stock unavailability, we will provide you with a credit note for your next purchase with
